Though we live in the area, this was the first time we tried this restaurant. It is situated at the other end of town from the tourist area of Quebec City, so it is banking its business on return visits by locals. We went there...for brunch. We were warmly welcomed, and the service was good. I ordered the Florentine eggs benedictine which was delicious. I liked the raw spinach instead of the usual spinach mush. It was topped with eggs, cheese, hollandaise sauce, and ham and the English muffin was served separate so that it was't soggy. All of it was served with a generous serving of fruit on a very hot plate. My husband had the smoked salmon omelette which he enjoyed very much. The prices are a bit higher than some of the other restaurants which serve similar fare, but the difference in quality was worth it. If you are a senior, you might find the noise level a bit high, but for younger people it would not be an issue. We will certainly return.
