I have been to this place several times when I travel and reside in downtown Ottawa. This restaurant is located underground and only few steps (without having to go outside in the cold) from the Delta Ottawa Centre. They have good breakfast and coffee. But...I usually go there for lunch. They have a variety of good sandwiches including vegetarian options and wraps. Their sandwiches are freshly made, but you can ask them to prepare your sandwich while you wait. They also have a good deal for sandwich and soup (you must try the Tai hot soup). Price is good compared to other restaurants in the area.
