Went here for lunch with the family. Like many standard pho places, diners expect to get their food fast, consistent, and relatively inexpensively, and this place isn't any different. They don't have the best soup broth, but as a franchise, you can expect consistenty of...taste between all the locations. I had the Sate Pho, which was supposed to be spicy, but wasn't. But still a good bowl to eat on a cold rainy day. My kids like the popcorn chicken. Nothing special, but a dependable place for pho. Don't expect great service. If you're lucky, they sometimes have their gift cards discounted on Groupon, which makes their meals that much more cheaper.
