Ever since we moved from Montreal to Hull, this has been our favourite restaurant. Many places in Hull charge big city prices for mediocre dishes. Rustiek is the only one I feel who serves quality dishes at a reasonable price. Many places jack up their...prices because of the prevalence of government workers nearby, but you actually get bang for your buck here in terms of a culinary experience. The menu changes frequently to ensure freshness, the drink menu is fantastic - there is really a clever cocktail for every taste - and the service is always friendly and timely. Even servers at other restaurants have told us that Rustiek is the point of reference for great dining in the area. After 2 years in the area I have to agree. Their take out menu has been a god send during the coronavirus lockdown too.
