The last time we visited this Earles there was a problem with service relating to new procedure which I thought was not well handled and should have been better managed.
The last time we visited this Earles there was a problem with service relating to new procedure which I thought was not well handled and should have been better managed..in fact I left the restaurant disappointed and somewhat upset..the following week I therefore went to nearby Cactus Club and then went to the Gilmore/lougheed Earles for my weekly Earles outing for a month and a half, taking my business away from the Kingsway store..been customer of Earles since it opened 25 or 30 years ago..last night server Coco and Mgr Erica..made our weekly Earles experience nice and I appreciated.
