The husband and wife owners are the most friendly at this hidden gem in the King West area just east of Liberty Village. Their home-style Egyptian food is delicious, prices reasonable, and the variety of menu options are amazing for its small location. It is...the perfect mom & pop shop that is not fancy but cozy and comfortable. You can eat in or take out, and they also do lots of catering. They will make fresh many items from the menu on the grill. I love everything here, especially the rice with peas, different kinds of fresh salads, and the kofta. Highly recommended for a quick casual bite for lunch or dinner.
