We walked in and ordered a medium Hawaiian and 10 honey garlic chicken wings. This is not a eat in restaurant as they only cater to pick up and online/phone delivery. I can imagine they are busy, however, persons came after us and ordered in...store and got their order before ours. This was totally unacceptable and after waiting over 35 mins I inquired why our order is taking so long as other walk ins came long after us and got their pizzas while we kept waiting. There seemed to be only 1 person making the pizzas and she chimed in that she can only make the order one at a time. Really? What does have to do with us. Others came after us and got their food, yet we must be patient. Evidently they are disorganised with no appreciation for customers. I do not recommend!More
