My son took me out for lunch to Urban Sushi while in was visiting from Ontario. What a treat! He had a poke salad with crab, tuna and salmon and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a teriyaki set that included tempera shrimp and veggies, a...crisp salad, teriyaki chicken with rice and 6 pieces of a California roll. It was delicious and very filling, all served in a divided box. The staff was helpful. My only suggestion is that both meals be served to us at the same time. There was a 5 minute lag between his and mine. Great, fast lunch spot for Japanese food while in downtown Vancouver.
