I've been to Mongolian grills in the US so I knew what to expect. you take a bowl and fill it with whatever you want, then put whatever sauce you want(about 7 scoops) then take the bowl to the cooking area, they put it on...a grill and grill it in front of you, once ready they put in a new bowl and you go sit and it. then repeat until you can no longer walk lol enjoyed the food, I recommend this restaurantMore
