My favorite dishes are the "Chupe de Camarones", "Anticuchos", "Seco de Carne" and you must try the "Leche Tigre". Kudos to the chef, (Pepe's wife). My...only suggestion is to have extra help on hand during busy periods and to ensure that the washrooms are in good condition at all times as this is very important.
