Staff did not know anything about Open Table, which seemed odd considering that I booked a reservation using the app. I tried to talk to two servers, and they looked at me like I was speaking another language which they didn't understand. I tried to explain that since I brought my elderly mother, we wanted a table with an umbrella as it was super hot and sunny, as per open table request. We sat for 20 minutes before our drink order was taken, and then another 20 minutes before our food order was taken. Right before we got our food, we were offered a seat with an umbrella, as the server noticed I had to hold a menu up in front of my face for 45 minutes. Near the end of our visit a server, this time a man, said that he would inform the manager of our using open table (as I had tried to re-explain it to our server). One other issue: my mother had a walker, and we had placed it next to the building. Other people kept moving it, out of our sight. One customer moved it so she could tie her dog right where we had the walker. 2nd time: not sure who moved it. But it was very far from us by this point. Server staff was unaware that we even had a walker, I am sure, as they didn't even ask us if we wanted to eat. They also didn't tell us the happy hour drinks or menu items. The attention paid to us during this 2 hour stay was very poor, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
