I bought a groupon to Fan Club and there were also many other that evening in line who had purchased one as well. The group on Guaranteed cover and full menu. We tried to go in on one occasion and were not allowed because the...Band was "well known" on three attempts to use our group on. So the fourth time we decided to use it on a five dollar entry night we were told the same thing that it was "well known" and that there was cover. Being angered we paid the cover, then we ordered food. My ceasar salad smelled like Vomit, The burger tasted like it was Carelessly made; greasy, and under cooked it was raw inside. We had to get up in order to put our order through, and also to ask and pay for the bill. There was no such thing as table service. I felt like I was in the most inconvenient place for service and quality of food if that's what they were trying to strive for. I think this place is not worth your time or energy for good quality service.
