I was beyond frustrated on what I have experienced from this restaurant. I came last night around 9:30pm. Ordered a BBQ chicken with rice. As the lady preparing my food a part of the chicken fell on the floor. She grabbed it and put it...while she was preparing my food. When she handled the food to me. I talked to the other lady. I think that the wife’s owner. I talked to her nicely and discreetly. I told her that I am not complaining but if she can please change my food because I am not comfortable how the lady prepare it and told her what I saw. I also told her that the lady didn’t even change her gloves when she touched the food from the floor. The wife got very defensive and mad at me and told me they won’t do that to my food. Then she, herself rush to prepare my food with her bare hands. I told her you just took my money and you are touching the food with your bare hands. She got mad at me and telling me look I am going to wash my hand! Ok! Look! This is how we prepare food! Very very rude! Is this how you treat your customers? I approached you nicely and discreetly. I even told you that I am not complaining and just want to bring this to her attention especially with the pandemic or Covid right now. Then you will get mad at me. You are the one who mishandled the food and still have the audacity to get mad!More
