Incredible dining experience. Silk Lounge is an oasis of bliss from the moment you approach the door from the street. You are then transported into another world once you pass the threshold. The decor is beyond perfect, every detail in place with great intention. I...took pictures of everything! The selection of food and drink is outstanding, including a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes, and mostly organic, locally sourced.  I really can't say enough about the quality of the food, the flavours, the balance, the attention to detail and presentation.They make your meal upon order, not in batches sitting all day. Hence you might leave yourself a bit more time than other restaurants, but they have great cocktails, and really, it would be a shame to rush this kind of experience. The standout dish for us was the " Silk Butter Chicken" on fettuccine. It's WOW the moment you smell it, and just heavenly as soon as you taste it. Top marks for food, atmosphere and overall experience. Will be telling friends about this place, and going back for more!More
