Had a nice dinner with our two teen age daughters so we thought we would give Sweet Jesus a try for dessert. I had walked past several times while in the mall and was curious because there was always a line up. Since there was...an ice storm when we went no lines which was a bonus. The two ladies working were pleasant, I especially liked the girl who prepared our desserts - she chatted with us while we waited. The desserts looked great and we were excited to give them a try. Of course the first bite was awesome, we all ordered different flavours so we could try one another’s. The sad part was that after a couple of bites we were all left pretty underwhelmed. The ice cream itself didn’t have much flavour and the texture was almost too whipped. We are glad we tried it but probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
