We waited for between 40 and 50 minutes, then noticed that many people who came in after us were leaving with...their food before us. I can understand those who ordered online earlier this morning for pickup at a specified time, but when I saw a woman who ordered in person about 30 minutes after us leave with her food, I went inside to see if our order had been forgotten. I turns out their policy is not only to do all online orders first, even if they were placed on arrival at the sidewalk outside the restaurant. They also do all single bowl orders before the special orders for 2 or more people. If they don't want people to take advantage of the special, why offer it? I suggest they need to learn to timestamp their orders so they are filled in the order they are placed, not prioritizing online orders that were placed after an in-person order. The policy of filling single bowl orders makes absolutely no sense, so I can;t even try. We thought this was a good chance to try a local small business new to us, but won't be back.
