Not surprisingly, Celestin was completely booked for Valentine's Day. Good thing I made a reservation. Celestin is perfect for a romantic date. My beef tenderloin was grilled to perfection and the sweetbreads were cooked properly. The mini garlic ravioli was very unique since I haven't had a ravioli with this type of filling before. The sauce bordelaise brought it altogether. My girlfriend's braised leg of lamb fell right off the bone and the squid ink orzo went very well with the whole dish. Of course there were some service delays in between the courses since they were completely full. I will definitely come back here on another special occasion!
