The Manor Casual Bistro is an adorable little venue! The food was delicious, and it wasn't busy which was nice for meeting friends! However, the service was awful; the server disappeared once the food was dropped off; we weren't offered dessert (and watched her offer...it to the other tables around us); and we had to flag her down to get the bill (but continued to walk past us, ignoring us). If I was to go back, I would ensure I wasn't served by the same lady again.
