Another enjoyable dinner at Saint-Germain’s original location in Quebec City last week. The place is old fashioned but the service efficient and professionnal with a touch of that family feeling. Flavourful pizzas and pastas are our picks here, but the lighter fare is also well...prepared and tasty. Try the Saint-Germain spaghetti with both meat sauce and ham, for a main course on the sweeter side of pasta. Some nice surprises on the wine list too! Next time in Quebec City we will return.
