It was my go-to place for 12 years. I've ordered about 12 times in the past year alone. Their new online ordering system has flaws and my order came in screwed up, 2 wrong items. They didn't offer to send the right items. Last time,...my order of 100$ was gross and discusting (rice was literally wet and inedible). They offered to replace 25$ on my next order (tonight's). When told how unsatisfied I was, they brushed me off and didn't do anything to keep me as a customer. No longer. Just eat somewhere else.
