A nice waterfront location for a very good breakfast. They specialize in Pannekoek, which are enormous pancakes. They also have many other breakfast dishes. My wife enjoyed banana/walnut pancakes and I had chorizo and eggs. In Colorado chorizo is rather hot ground sausage mixed with...scrambled eggs. In Vancouver it's sliced and not spicy. Still, excellent service from Sophie. C$55.15 with tip.
