Lack of respect for customers: Three of us phoned to reserve a table outside on Wednesday noon. We were there within 15 minutes of making the reservation. While politely waiting behind a city inspector waiting to get into the restaurant we saw the reserved sign...on the patio table. Once we got to the reception area, the hostess informed us she gave away our reserved table to o e woman. She said nothing else was available which appeared to be the case. The hostess informed us it would likely be a long wait for a table and referred us to speak the manager. We were shocked and hungry. It’s good we wanted not a conversation. This restaurant is in our neighbourhood and we will not going there again.
