Steak was not cooked the way it was ordered. The same steak was taken to the kitchen twice be grilled again. After they took put it back on the grill the third time, it was so dry that it was no longer edible. One would have thought they would have offered to grill a new one after taking it back to the kitchen the first time to grill it properly. The Keg is supposed to be famous for their steak hence the name of the restaurant. How ironic. Next, my husband found hair plated underneath his prime rib . Unfortunately, he found it after ingesting a good chunk of it. We are not happy. Third, they took off the price for the prime rib with hair. But still charged me for the dried up steak that they took back to the kitchen 2 more times after it was cooked. Not impressed. Not happy. Worse restaurant experience ever.
