I walked by this place for years without knowing what was going on behind the doors. There was a restaurant review from the Province Newspaper in the window and the review was very good, so I went in. I opened the door and the places...was packed, so I ordered pho to go (vegetarian). The long and short of this one is that I have been back regularly since that day years ago. The secret is in their broth, they do have the experience and take the time to make the best broth. I live in the hood and this is my "go to" place for lunch. Brought in family and friends over the years and everyone loves Eva and her cooking.
