This was my first visit to the Copacabana and I loved it. We didn't have a reservation on a Thursday night (downtown Toronto location) but despite it being busy they were able to seat us. We ordered cocktails which were generous in size and tasty....We hit the salad bar, expecting only cold items but there were 3 stations: a bread and dip station, a cold salads station and a hot bar. I highly recommend the cornbread (you may have to ask for it as it is kept warm in an oven).Then the servers started coming by the table with the huge skewers of beef, shrimp, chicken, lamb etc. And grilled pineapple (you've gotta try it). All the meats I tasted were very tender and tasty, with a variety of spices and toppings. I liked so many of them I couldn't even pick a favourite. The servers came by very regularly, so there was always something new to try. The service was truly excellent, in my opinion. I would recommend this place, and plan to go backMore
