I understand mistakes happen, but when it becomes a habit thats not okay. I have paid for bacon on a 1/4 pounder and when I get home there is no bacon, I wouldnt care if I didnt pay the extra. (THIS HAPPENED 5 TIMES!), park...our car in drivethru because its not ready which is fine, to get home and we've received the wrong order over and over. Im confused because it says on the label on the box the burger comes into "only cheese, add bacon" but you'll dress the entire sandwich while ignoring the label. This is a common mistake at this location. We ask for dipping sauce for nuggets, get nothing. We've of course taken it upon ourselves to check our bag now before leaving, but why should we have to constantly check our sandwiches to make sure you're not ripping us off? We stopped bringing it back because the employees would eye roll and huff and puff as if we were the nuisance. I have filed a complaint as well because I was not thrilled with the attitude for over paying for items I do not receive. I will be avoiding this McDonalds from now on.
