Beans, rice and saucy meats -- I went once and I don't recall a tortilla being involved (but they do serve them). If you want a gordita or tacochanga -- keep on walking. This is good, filling, tasty Mexican eats like you get in places...south of Texas. Not really more expensive than anything else in the same food court but has more authenticity and character than the western 'chinese' food to its left or the western 'japanese' noodles to its right.
