Placed my order via drive through, when I pulled up to pay the gentleman handed me the debit machine and paid and as I was placing my card down the gentleman grapped the machine from my hand, he then gave me my order and when...I asked for ketchup he tossed it at me, when I called him on his behaviour he responded by saying well you are to far away from the window, mean while I had my arm out of my car window as far as I good go, he made no attempt to lean out the server window to ensure I could reach. I took my order and pulled over to eat. My order was incorrect, the fench fires were look warm and the burger was cold and rubbery, it was obvious it had been made a head and let sitting there. Since there is now only drive through complining is a little hard. I called Harveys head office and filed a complaint with them. I let them know for the prices they charge I except my order to be correct and my food hot. I was told I would here back from someone in 2-3 business days. Well three weeks later I was still waiting for a call, so I called headoffice again and explained that I had called and filed a complaint and was told I would hear back in 2-3 days and had not. They proceed to say someone had called and I informed them no one called and no one left any message . I was told that my complaint would go to next level and was ensured that someone would call me back in a day or two. Well I am still waiting for someone in the head office to return my call and handle my complant. I also informed them that if I did not hear back from someone in a timely manner I would be posting a review. It has become very obvious that the Harveys do not care about its customers concerns. This Harveys location is not known for its good service even when you go into the resturant, staff often do not wash there hands after handling cash and I have called them out on this; I have seen them clean a counter and then put gloves on to touch food without washing there hands, other customers don't speak up but if they are serving me I do speak up; but to ignore a customers complaint is just inappriopate.
