I booked online and I drove in a snowy day and they claimed that they called and told me that they don't take online reservations anymore when they checked the phone number.
impolite staff members with a really rude attitude and worst costumer service ever. I booked online and I drove in a snowy day and they claimed that they called and told me that they don't take online reservations anymore when they checked the phone number...it was even mine and it wasn't matching to the phone number on the online reservation they started shouting in a realy bad way and finally they said it's not their problem then they walked away. It was the worst experience I had ever.
