Small, busy, friendly Nagoya-style noodle shop with various soup and stir fry options. The udon itself is excellent, with a pleasant chewiness that absorbs the flavor of the different meat and starch thickened sauce combinations. Both pork and beef have a bold flavor that belies...it’s thinly sliced presentation. The rich soup delivers powerful umami balanced with a lively sweetness. Our favorite was okonomiyaki udon, although each dish we had would be worth a return visit.
