We had a fantastic dinner, filled of Italian flavours and chef Alessandro's creativity. The fritto misto di mare tastes like a summer Mediterranean breeze. The ink spaghetti are served with a thick and tasteful fish sauce, like the one my mom would make when there...are important guests for dinner. The lemon tiramisu is so fresh and light I could have ordered 2 extra portions. There are many Italian restaurants in Vancouver, some of them are good, but this is the only place where I can find traditional flavours reinvented in a unique and delicious configuration. I cannot wait to go back!More
