Kitchen was obviously very short staffed as was the front end.
Kitchen was obviously very short staffed as was the front end. The wait was worth it as the food came out of the kitchen hot and well presented. Have patronized this restaurant before and the staff issues plaguing all small business is due to incompetent GOVERNMENT intervention in paying people to sit on their butts. Hopefully, some of these businesses will survive the ongoing insanity.
