Fantastic ramen run by actual Japanese people, bonus! Not that a non-Japanese run Japanese place can't succeed, they can, but rarely. However this is the real deal folks. Care and attention to detail, food quality, and presentation before the bucks. Super authentic, and the staff...clearly have a vested interest in their culture and community involvement. Stunning food including the sides which are all made in house. Homemade traditional and simply awesome. Be prepared to wait and or line up, this place is hot.
