we wanted something different and Corrientes came highly recommended for dinner. We arrived and were greeted warmly. Our server was friendly and delightful. There was even live music with a guitarist playing acoustic guitar quietly throughout the evening we had a variety of Empanada's for...starters and then a pizza for the main meal. We had chocolate mousse for dessert. The food was delicious. The Emapanda's were excellent and full of flavour. My favourite was the Moroccan one and it was spicy. The only downfall was the entire restaurant had only one server. She was doing her best and she was smiling and helpful...but she could not look after all of us. Two women stood behind the bar the whole night and did not do much to support. For example, I never got a refill on my water glass. I had to ask. We had cocktails to start but she was too busy to ask us if we wanted a refill or another drink. I wanted an espresso with my dessert but she was too busy to take my order (dessert came while I was in the bathroom) so I did without... the lack of servers resulted in us ordering less and had a lower bill as a result at the end of the evening. It was a good evening but not a great evening here.
