A small venue with a classic feel but it leaves a big impression! The staff were super friendly and helpful! The music was incredible. From the lone piano player to his saxophone accompaniment, every song has your foot tapping! Finally the food is superb. We...had the Seafood risotto, which was creamy and very tasty and the Chicken Mornay Pie, this one surprised me as it a was far better than I thought it would be. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the meal and the portion sizes. The desert! We shared the Apple Crumble, which I can say with 100% certainty the best ive ever have ever had at any restaurant. Even though it’s not a desert I had to try the corn bread as well. Their Corn bread is made fresh daily and it too was amazing. This one so far ranks the highest on the “must try” list. Make a reservation though as it is frequently pre booked. We did not have a reservation so we had to sit at the Bar but this did not ruin our evening at all. Even at the bar we still enjoyed the experience.
