Me and my friend bought 3 steaks on September 29th via Skip the Dishes. 2 out of 3 were cooked inappropriately, we ordered 1 filet mignon (m.rare) and 1 sirloin (m.well). But it came out as m.well for the filet mignon and m.rare for the...sirloin steak. So, we could not eat both of it because it was not the way we wanted, and also my friend is wearing a braces, so she really had a hard time eating it, so she didn't even finish it. The filet mignon was very dry, it was also very hard to cut. I already emailed the restaurant and they only offer me an appetizer on the future purchase, while we wasted $70 for that. I have the pictures below. The experiences were very disappointing because not only the food was so bad, but the respond for an expensive restaurant was also disappointing, Normally a restaurant like this would offer us a full refund through gift card with the same amount we purchased.
