As I enter the restaurant, which is pretty low on the elegance scale, I notice a older lady making dumplings by hand. That got me curious...not frozen I guess! The prices are really cheap, and it did take some time to get my 1 meal...prepared (to go). That did mean that I did not eat from some reheated vat of food, but it was made to order and was delicious. So, if you want great take-out and don't mind the wait, a great place to try.
