We came to try this place out as we were visiting Edmonton and drove out of our way to try this place to leave with a terrible experience from the owners. Extremely rude and unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Initially we had ordered our...food the zaatar I ordered had an old stale dated taste but I chose to just leave it and not mention anything. And then our meat pie came and when we ate a bite it had a foul smell for the meat and the meat was spoiled. The server chose to continue to tel us this is how they usually make it. My tea was cold and I still chose to not say anything and let it pass. As For when the children finished their food and the guy to yell at our table to tell us this is not a playground and telling us to control your children and to be told we are mothers that don’t know how to raise our children for the kids playing after they finished their food when there was absolutely no one in the place. And we were getting dirty looks from everyone after mentioned the meat is spoiled. I highly do not recommend this place as even their chicken shawarma was dried out and disgusting. Overall in the end they basically push you out the door. After the guy finished yelling we got up without argument and went to pay for our food and he chose to continue badmouthing. Terrible customer service never in my life did I experience this rude aggressive behaviour. Not a family friendly place and their food is disgustingMore
