The value is very good. A large bowl of will set up a big man (I'm 6'1", 220 lbs) nicely for an afternoon nap. The soup is rich with complex flavoring. It comes out piping hot, with plenty of noodles and lean, thinly sliced beef....Just what you need on a cold day. Or a hot day, doesn't matter, I can eat this stuff any day of the year. The spring rolls here are not my favorite. If you are used to the small delicate variety you get in most restaurants you are in for a bit of a surprise; these things are at least twice the size, have a bolder flavor, and the exterior texture isn't smooth. Funky, but not bad, just different. The service is efficient, and gets friendlier as the frequency of your visit increases. Like all pho, eat it hot because the broth tends to separate as it cools. As mentioned in the title of this review, bring cash. That's the only way to pay.
