We often order the California roll for pick up. The size, texture and contents seem to vary significantly from order to order. Especially the crab, if that's what it is. Some times it seems more like canned tuna than crab. The salmon sashimi however is...excellent and you get a generous portion with each order. Ordering on the phone is bit of a challenge, and I suggest you repeat your order to verify what you have ordered, and anything they have told you, such as when to pick up your order. I've had them tell me to come in 50 minutes, and then they call me well before that, asking me why I am not there. Kind of puzzling, but overall, its a good place. Just a little quirky.
