My friend and I shared a prosciutto pizza. It was made right in front of us with delicious meat, cheeses and topped with fresh arugula and a vinegrette on a thin crust. I would highly recommend this pizza. We had it before the performance and...it was just enough for the two of us. The restaurant is self-serve and when the food is ready it is brought to your table. The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days and when there is a theatre performance it stays open until 8 p.m. but call ahead. Sometimes it still closes at 5 even though there are events happening at Arts Commons. We ate around 6 p.m. They also have wine by the glass and beer. Quick, inexpensive and good food.
