Went here on a weeknight, expecting some fast food to make for a quick dinner. After we ordered our expectations came crashing down. Upon selecting options, I noticed that nearly everything was empty. One customer asked if they had any pickles and the person serving...her looked annoyed by her request. YOU’RE A BURGER JOINT, HAVE PICKLES. I asked for sauce that was supposed to come with my Frickles. She said we only have bbq and sweet and sour. I had to repeat myself and wait while she disappeared. The self serve condiment area was nearly empty. Had to go up for napkins where I overheard a lady who had to come in upon receiving her take out order. She said they didn’t provide her with Chalet sauce, her dishes were cold and there was a hair found in one of them. The ceiling was leaking from somewhere and there was water all around the eating area. My partner ordered soup and had to go up to get a spoon. They gave him a utensil unit without a spoon and made him wait in line again. When we finally got to enjoy our meal, all we could hear was babbling over the counter that was spoken in another language. In my opinion, in a Canadian business establish you should only be speaking the official languages. Anything but is disrespectful. I will go to a different location to avoid such dissatisfaction again.
