Wow....they used to truly care for the safety and satisfaction of staff and customers not so long ago. Don't be fooled. After a good 25-30 years of loyal support for this place -- including those tough early "no dine-in" weeks of COVID-19 - they rewarded...me and another lady with a real kick in the teeth. We had offered constructive feedback on their rather risky, dangerous suggestion to customers re: confronting unauthorized people who were on their property. The only initial response was laughing by one of the owners. When I later complained to the other owner of that poor reaction, she made no attempt at all at a reply or apology, just ignored and flat out dismissed me. Hardly professional especially for a family restaurant. Seems to be all rainbows and unicorns to them...any constructive suggestions or complaints regarding public safety are met with childish contempt. Rating them a 1 is quite generous...if the scale extended to 0 or negative numbers, that would be more accurate for me. The other negative reviews are accurate -- they used to sincerely care for the community, staff and customers but that's been disappearing drastically the past while. What happened to them is very concerning. It's the same couple but horribly poor attitudes now. Will not return until there's competent, responsible management.
