Manages to be intimate while being a bit on the louder side (bistro style).
Manages to be intimate while being a bit on the louder side (bistro style). Excellent service and food. It is not terribly busy outside do to its location (on the edge of East Chinatown) so probably really nice for outdoor dining during the summer (unless you want to people-watch).
