My partner and I were encouraged by the visitor information assistance after we got off our cruise boat to eat dinner in Chinatown. Like the most recent reviewer, we were enticed into this restaurant because a hostess was outside and the menu looked good. We...waited 20 minutes before someone came over to attend to us. We requested ice water and after a while received warm tapwater. After another 20 minutes we had to flag someone down to come over to take our order. The food took another 30 minutes to arrive and arrived at different times 5-10 minutes apart. The quality of our food was so-so, but the service made out experience awful. I asked for a refill of water that never came. Our experience was really just the same as the previous reviewer. On our way out we saw people entering the restaurant & told them to turn around. We suggest the same to any of you reading this.
