Visiting Montreal from Toronto we had to get our Asian food fix. The Vietnamese restaurant up the street did not have dine-in option so we came here. Service was slow. Value for what we got was average. The large size pho would have been a...small size in Toronto. The rice with beef was small portion. I would only go back if desperate.
