We stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport as a staycation and couldn't have had a lovelier time!
We stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport as a staycation and couldn't have had a lovelier time! Firstly, it was nice to have something to look forward to, secondly, the property is wonderful and during the time of COVID, frankly we were safer here than at the local grocery store. We had dinner and breakfast at the Globe in the hotel. The food was amazing (Fougasse bread, crispy cauliflower , variation of beets for starters, sablefish and beef tenderloin for mains (no room for dessert!) )for dinner and Eggs any style, Eggs Bennie and Egg White omelet for breakfast. Attentive (but not overly so - just right!) service. Planning the next staycation and happy to be helping the local economy at the same time!
