I went to buy a large mint tea from the .Mac Donald’s on 2920 salaberry. The large always comes with 2 bags of tea. The manager a Mrs Grizella refused to give me a 2nd tea bag because she said it was not their policy.......but...I have been getting my tea this way from the Macdonalds on Salaberry for years and any other Macdonalds location I have bought a large tea from........I called Macdonalds head office and I spoke to a rep and made a complaint about Mrs Grizella,they assured me the Macdonalds policy for a large tea is 2 bags.......but the Macdonalds on Salaberry Is digging in their heels and saying their policy is different even though I have been getting my tea from there for years.The manager Mrs Grizella in my opinion is rude and hostile in her approach to customers and has no people skills. She ruined my day and reinforces the fact that the fat cats like Macdonalds changes their policy’s on a whim because the manager was not in a good mood that day. No justice for the little guy.......I will complain to everybody I know in the neighborhood about the unfriendly service of Mrs Grizella At Macdonalds on Salaberry. Gone is friendly service on Macdonalds Salaberry.......their profits have doubled since the pandemic started.......so they don’t care anymore....that’s life?More
