I just don't seem to understand how this food chain hire their most important people to run their business. I am so disappointed with my food experience here about a few weeks ago, but most of all their GM that talks down to their guests...and staff. I could hear her literally using foul language behind the kitchen doors and cash counter. How unprofessional, but most of all disturbing , not taking into consideration of her guests and staff. the supervisor Mr. Sean Lim was very pleasant, and I should have only dealt with him rather than asking to speak with the GM Tarawat Hidari. I would definately not be returning here and I hope that head office and higher ups really take into account what goes on here with these hard working young supervisors and staff having to deal with not only hard times due to Covid, but most of all having to deal with this so called GM as their leader.
