We had made lunch reservations before our tour. Very nice atmosphere, first class service without being snooty. Our soup was delicious, and the iced tea was very good, but no refill was offered. My husband had the fish and chips, as well as a local..."red" beer. I tried the elk carpaccio, which I learned was raw. Well prepared and a bit beyond my comfort zone, but I can say I ate it! There did not seem to be a dress code, but business casual was not out of place. There were some highly decorated gentlemen at lunch, reminding us this was a government building, rich with history and people.
